Aram Marshall
Aram Marshall, Vice President of Risk Management for Enterprise Mobility, oversees the organization’s operational risk management functions. His field-based teams support local operations in the areas of underwriting, employee safety, and asset protection. In addition, Marshall leads the Damage Recovery Units and Corporate Security, which are shared services that provide damage recovery, security, and investigative support to operating groups across the organization.

Aram began his career with Enterprise Mobility in 2003 as a Management Trainee in Muncie, Indiana. Aram worked his way up the ranks, earning a promotion to Assistant Vice President of Corporate Risk Management in 2019. In 2023, Aram was promoted to Vice President of Vehicle Operations, responsible for operational and hazard risk management and loss control efforts for a fleet of more than one million vehicles. Aram was promoted to his current role in 2025.
Aram received a bachelor’s degree in History from Ball State University. He serves as a Board Member for the Collision Engineering Career Alliance, founded by the Enterprise Mobility Foundation and Ranken Technical College to foster sustainable pathways to rewarding careers in the automotive industry.
